Bruce J. Shnider

Of Counsel

Bruce J. Shnider is an Of Counsel in Dorsey’s Tax Practice Group and co-Chair of the Executive Compensation practice group.  He practices in the area of federal income taxation, including executive compensation, structured financing/securitizations, and mergers and acquisitions.  Bruce provides general tax advice to several investment banking companies, venture capital funds, financial institutions and public companies.
