Dustin Thompson
Associate
Dustin Thompson is an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate group. Mr. Thompson’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging companies, agribusiness, corporate finance, corporate governance, broker-dealer law compliance and securities law compliance.
Mr. Thompson represents public and private companies in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, purchases and sales of stock, purchases and sales of assets, venture capital financing transactions and banking transactions. Mr. Thompson’s practice also includes counseling businesses on general corporate matters and working with publicly traded companies to develop defenses to hostile trading activity and protect shareholder value.
