Nena F. Street
Associate
Nena Street is an Associate in Dorsey’s Regulatory Affairs Group practicing in the areas of environmental, health and safety compliance, project development and finance and government contracting.
Nena advises clients on environmental, health and safety regulations applicable to general business operations, including regulation of commercial and industrial facilities and product importation, distribution, labeling and recycling, and transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions. She also represents clients navigating dynamic health and safety laws applicable to consumer products. Nena co-authors the Dorsey blog site www.ConsumerProductsLaw.com which provides current information on product safety and products liability.
In her project development and finance practice, Nena helps companies and local governments secure government incentives and partner to accomplish complex development, redevelopment and infrastructure goals. Nena has experience drafting and negotiating agreements related to land use, public finance and government incentives.
Nena also represents private companies and public entities in drafting and negotiating federal, state and local procurement documents and counsels clients on compliance with related legal and regulatory requirements.
