Partner in the Corporate group since 1995, Mr. Pedersen is chair of Dorsey's European practice. Previously, Group Head, International Corporate, 1996-2000. Practice involves a variety of international corporate law matters with emphasis on international transactions, including product distribution, technology transfers, licensing, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures, and international benefits law.
