Candy Pang is an associate in the corporate department of Dorsey’s Hong Kong office. She practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and Hong Kong securities laws.
Candy has represented underwriters, including Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan and BNP Paribas, in a number of initial public offerings in Hong Kong with rule 144A placements.
