Partner Hilda Chan focuses on capital markets, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. She represents issuers and underwriters in public and private equity and debt securities transactions, international private placements as well as debt capital markets transactions, liability management, and debt restructurings.

His practice areas also include cross-border M&A, PE investments, technology commerce, intellectual property rights, foreign direct investment, general corporate and employment matters, financial services, banking, and insurance laws as well as cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Ray is qualified to practice in the State of New York, and has achieved the PRC’s legal professional qualification and Securities Practitioner Qualification.
