International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP is pleased to announce that Maurice Loebl, an associate in the Firm’s Denver office, has been named to the 2015 Colorado General Counsel Group (CGCG) Advisor Program.

Mr. Loebl’s practice focuses on advising financial sponsors, their portfolio companies, and corporations on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity investments and financing arrangements. He also has broad experience advising clients on company formation and ownership structures, commercial contracting and general corporate matters.

Rich Baer, general counsel at Liberty Media Corporation, started the program with Dennis Kaw, general counsel for Appliance Factory Outlet. The Program is designed to help participants build the skills and learn the best techniques for developing client relationships.

“We are honored that Maurice has been asked to participate in the CGCG Advisor Program,” noted Ken Cutler, Managing Partner of Dorsey & Whitney. “He is a remarkably talented lawyer, and this will be wonderful opportunity for him to build relationships within the legal community.”
