Kim Neville is a Partner in the Trial group. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, health care litigation, and product liability. Kim currently represents members of the health care industry in cases involving ERISA benefits litigation, alleged Stark Act violations, and commercial payor disputes. She also regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, false advertising, and class action allegations.
Kim has extensive experience representing manufacturers and suppliers in product liability litigation and has served as a trial counsel in a number of high-exposure cases, including cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial equipment, and various component parts. She regularly appears in both the federal and state trial courts in Utah, as well as before the state’s administrative agencies. Kim has also appeared pro hac vice in a number of other jurisdictions on behalf of clients with national litigation needs.
