Kim Neville is a Partner in the Trial group. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, health care litigation, and product liability. Kim regularly appears in both the federal and state trial courts in Utah, as well as before the state’s administrative agencies. She has also appeared pro hac vice in a number of other jurisdictions on behalf of clients with national litigation needs, and has arbitrated cases in several different states.
Kim has a broad litigation background and has served as counsel in a number of high-exposure cases. She regularly represents clients in complex commercial litigation involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, breach of contract, false advertising, and class action allegations. She also has substantial litigation experience in the health care sector, having represented clients in cases involving ERISA benefits litigation, administrative claims, and commercial payor disputes. Kim’s product liability experience includes serving as a trial counsel for manufacturers in cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial equipment, and various component parts.
Kim is also active in the Utah Bar and her community. She frequently presents to various legal and industry groups, and promotes a number of worthy charitable and community causes.
