Kim Neville is a Partner in the Trial group. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, health care litigation, and product liability. She currently represents members of the health care industry in cases involving ERISA benefits litigation, alleged Stark Act violations, and commercial payor disputes. She has also served as counsel for a number of individuals and businesses in cases involving trade secrets, shareholder derivative claims, non-competition agreements, and partnership disputes. Kim has also represented companies in defense of class action claims, in both the federal and state courts.
Kim also has extensive experience representing manufacturers and suppliers in product liability litigation and has served as a trial counsel in a number of high-exposure cases, including cases involving medical devices, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, industrial equipment, and various component parts.
