Mike Moyer is a Partner in the Corporate Group of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and chairs the firm’s Cleantech Industry Group. He focuses on supporting growing technology companies, often as their outside general counsel, and handles a wide variety of complex securities and commercial transactions, including public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, licensing transactions, and the formation of partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures. In recent years, he has worked extensively in the clean technology sector and currently represents some of the region's most promising clean technology and sustainable energy companies. Mike began his career at the firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York before returning to his home in the Pacific Northwest.
