Mr. Mitrione is an associate in the Trademark, Copyright and Brand Management group. Mr. Mitrione concentrates on all aspects of law involving trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, trade dress and related matters. He initiates and manages all facets of ex parte and inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in addition to litigating IP disputes in federal courts.
Mr. Mitrione also assists clients in the clearance and prosecution of marks and resolves Internet domain name disputes via administrative dispute resolution proceedings.
