Partner in the Trial group and co-chair of the White Collar Crime and Civil Fraud practice group. With more than 100 jury trials, Bill is an experienced trial attorney focusing in the areas of white collar and regulatory defense, civil and criminal health care fraud and complex internal investigations. He represents both individuals and corporations in these matters, including:

Prior Experience
Following his service as a member of the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets) and as a judge advocate, Bill served for 10 years as a federal prosecutor in both the Southern District of Florida and the District of Minnesota.
