Peggy McLean joined Dorsey in June 2001 as a franchise registration paralegal. She has more than 20 years of experience providing franchise legal support to our attorneys and clients. Peggy also assists clients in dealership, UCC filings, foreign direct investment filings, FOIA requests and other governmental filings, trademark, copyright, domain name and corporate matters. Peggy brings to the franchise and distribution team thorough knowledge of the franchise registration rules and the unwritten policies and preferences of state regulators.
