Lynnda handles all aspects of her client's needs with efficiency and dedication, achieving great results in the process. Her practice focuses on complex commercial, business and real estate litigation. She represents various businesses, developers, institutional lenders and general contractors in complex business, real estate and construction disputes in various forums and handled numerous appeals in the California Courts of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lynnda's extensive involvement in pro bono activities has cultivated her desire to serve her community and has honed her litigation skills. In addition to serving as the pro bono coordinator for Dorsey & Whitney's Southern California office, Lynnda provides pro bono services to various charitable organizations throughout the community.

ASAP Copy & Print v. Canon Business Solutions, Inc. – Defended Canon in breach of warranty case which included successful defense of numerous appeals in California Court of Appeals, California Supreme Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeal

Bruxie, LLC v. K&G/El Paseo I, LLC – Represented owner and developer of multi-million dollar commercial real estate development in defending claims for rescission, fraud, negligence, nuisance and breach of contract brought by disgruntled tenant

Pharma-E Limited v. Zo Skin Health, Inc. – Represented foreign pharmaceutical distributor in unlawful termination of distribution agreement

Stereoscope, LLC v. U.S. Bank National Association – Obtained dismissal in U.S. District Court of action alleging claims for Intentional Interference with Contractual Relations, Fraud, Fraudulent Concealment, Intentional Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage, Negligence and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress against U.S. Bank

Monarch Healthcare v. J. Margo Jaffe Orr – Obtained an injunction against former business owner violating covenant not to compete

People of the State of California v. Sky Tag, Inc. – Represented property owner against claims by the State of California for unfair competition and civil penalties arising out of billboard/signage issues in the City of Los Angeles

RMV Blind Canyon, LLC v. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. – Represented property owner in breach of lease action against former tenant for failure to pay rent during post-lease termination hazardous material remediation

ERFL, LLC v. E. Wayne Simmons – Represented lender in prosecution of breach of contract claim against loan guarantors claiming that guaranties were shams

American Security Bank v. Denholm – Represented lender in prosecution (and defense of subsequent appeal) against loan guarantor claiming that his waiver of California’s anti-deficiency protections was void as a matter of law

Ally Bank v. Nationwide Mortgage Concepts, LLC – Represented bank in obtaining a multi-million dollar writ of attachment against mortgage loan company and its principals that misappropriated millions of dollars in funds payable to borrowers
