Neil McDonell is a partner in Dorsey’s Trial group. His practice focuses on international and national litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has successfully represented U.S. and foreign clients in various high-stakes and high-profile commercial, intellectual property, construction and antitrust disputes.
He has represented corporations and banks based throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America in litigation and arbitration and in matters before various U.S. federal agencies. His practice covers a wide range of industries, businesses and technologies.
Mr. McDonell has extensive experience in representing both U.S. and foreign clients in proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission, particularly Section 337 proceedings, and has represented clients on antitrust matters before the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission.
He represented a Japanese seatbelt/airbag manufacturer in what was then the largest automotive recall in U.S. history.
