A partner in the Corporate group, Mr. McCormick advises clients on complex commercial contract matters, often with a strong intellectual property component -- joint ventures, strategic alliances, intellectual property acquisition and license agreements, product development agreements, agreements with employees and consultants, research and development transactions, outsourcing, confidentiality and noncompetition agreements, the management, renegotiation and termination of complex agreements, and the resolution of disputes under complex agreements. His practice also includes international transactions and regulatory matters, private company merger and acquisition transactions, and general corporate matters.
