Roger Magnuson is Head of the National Strategic Litigation Group and Partner in the Trial group. Represents clients throughout the United States and abroad in high-profile litigation spanning a wide variety of substantive areas, including class actions, regulatory/white-collar crime, antitrust, securities/shareholder cases, and First Amendment litigation, among others.
Representative Litigation
Among his celebrated cases have been his representation of the Florida Senate in the
Bush v. Gore election controversy in 2000, his much studied victory in the famous Mall of America case, his representation of the Minnesota Twins and Major League Baseball, and successful national litigation in federal and state court venues stretching from New York to California, from Miami to Anchorage.
