James B. Lynch is Of Counsel in Dorsey’s Health Group. Formerly a partner in the Trial Department. His practice focuses on advice to medical societies and medical certifying boards and various regulatory matters, including antitrust, staff privileges and medical ethics. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Lynch has tried numerous cases around the country in such fields as antitrust, health care, and securities.
