Bridget A. Logstrom Koci is a partner in Dorsey's Tax, Trusts and Estates Department, and co-Chair of the Trusts and Estates Litigation practice. Her practice is focused on the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate and trust litigation.
Ms. Logstrom Koci’s practice involves advising and assisting clients in all estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, revocable (“living”) trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives (“living wills”), irrevocable tax planning trusts (i.e., gift trusts, life insurance trusts), family business succession planning and prenuptial agreements. She has substantial probate experience, including administering decedents’ estates, and handling guardianship/conservatorship matters.
In addition, Ms. Logstrom Koci is very knowledgeable in the area of trust law, and her practice includes advising clients regarding the funding and administration of trusts. She also assists clients in resolving estate and trust litigation disputes, including incapacity, mistake and undue influence claims, breach of fiduciary claims and will and trust construction matters.
