Jessica Linehan
Associate
Associate in the Labor and Employment group. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, including the defense of wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination actions. Ms. Linehan advises clients on matters including reasonable accommodation under state law and the ADA, non-competition issues, and compensation. Ms. Linehan is also involved in Dorsey’s pro bono efforts and regularly provides substantive employment advice to non-profit organizations.
