Partner in the Trial group and co-chair of the Antitrust practice. Practices in the area of general civil litigation, with a strong emphasis on antitrust (litigation and counseling), trademark and unfair competition, commercial, securities, and product-liability defense.
Representative Litigation
- Antitrust: Mr. Lindsay was the Chair (2005-06) of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Antitrust Section and Vice-Chair of the ABA Antitrust Section’s Trial Practice Committee (2004-2008), and he is Associate Editor of Antitrust Magazine.
- Intellectual Property: served as lead counsel for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in multi-state litigation involving a national competitor's alleged Lanham Act violations and "bait and switch" sales tactics; also represented various other companies in smaller cases involving statutory and contractual aspects of intellectual property law.
