Ms. Lindemuth is a partner and head of the Anchorage Office. She practices complex commercial litigation, representing such clients as Cook Inlet Region (CIRI), ConocoPhillips Alaska and Alaska Airlines in both state and federal court, and before administrative agencies. She has extensive experience in handling appeals to the Alaska Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Defense of professional malpractice claims is also a significant part of her practice, and she is on the defense panel for the Attorney Liability Protection Society.
Ms. Lindemuth’s advocacy and leadership have earned her the respect of clients, opposing counsel, the judiciary, and industry media organizations. Clients value her as a trusted counselor and adviser, as well as a staunch advocate. They commend her “strategic approach” to litigation, as well as her invaluable insight and excellent judgment. Current key cases include litigation regarding a novel issue of subsurface gas storage ownership rights in Alaska, Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act land entitlement and stock restriction issues, and management fraud claims. Ms. Lindemuth also has significant recent experience both defending and prosecuting unfair trade practice claims.
Ms. Lindemuth also has been recognized for her mentorship of junior attorneys and others. She was named Partner of the Year at Dorsey in 2012, an award bestowed by associates on partners for leadership in mentoring. Ms. Lindemuth also regularly participates as a mentor in the Color of Justice program sponsored by Alaska’s court system to bring diversity to the legal profession in Alaska.
