Ms. Lind is a member of the Trial group at Dorsey. Her practice involves complex business litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state court. Ms. Lind's civil practice specializes in healthcare litigation, including defending medical malpractice claims, leading hospital peer review proceedings and representing physicians before the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. In addition, she has assisted corporations and non-profit entities on the plaintiff's side of legal disputes. She also has significant experience with international litigation.
Ms. Lind has first-chair experience in criminal court, family court and in internal hospital proceedings. She has served as second-chair counsel during multiple jury trials for the Mayo Clinic. She has argued dispositive motions in federal court and has appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the 8th Circuit. Ms. Lind has also overseen the collection, review and production of documents internally and through the supervision of contract attorneys.
