Ms. Lind is a member of the Trial Group at Dorsey. Her practice involves complex business litigation in federal and state court. In addition to handling a broad array of general business lawsuits, Ms. Lind specializes in healthcare litigation – defending medical malpractice claims, counseling professional medical associations, leading hospital peer review proceedings and representing physicians before the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She has also assisted corporations and non-profit entities on the plaintiff's side of legal disputes, and has significant experience with international litigation.
Ms. Lind has first-chair trial experience representing clients in successful hospital proceedings, family court disputes, administrative hearings, and misdemeanor criminal trials. She has served as second-chair counsel in numerous state court jury trials, a federal court jury trial, a federal court bench trial and a binding arbitration. She has argued dispositive motions in federal court and has appeared before the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the 8th Circuit.
Ms. Lind has held a number of associate leadership positions in the Firm and currently serves as chair of the Firm’s summer associate program. She is also committed to pro bono efforts, dedicating over 100 hours per year to non-paying clients.
