Dorsey lawyers in the Licensing and Technology Commerce group work with emerging and established technology clients in many different industries, including biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, software and information technology, e-commerce and the Internet, hardware and electronics, as well as medical devices and food and consumer products. We have negotiated and prepared all forms of agreement necessary to transfer or commercialize intellectual property, including strategic alliance and joint venture agreements, software licenses, confidentiality and consulting agreements, product development agreements, Application Service Provider (ASP) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) agreements, and complex patent and know-how license agreements, among others.
