Patty H. Le is a member of Dorsey’s Corporate and Securities Law practice group. Ms. Le represents primarily emerging growth companies with an emphasis on the semiconductor, software, health care, internet and financial services industries. Company clients range from seed-financed, start-up companies at the formation and expansion stages to more established public companies.
In addition to her representation of companies, Ms. Le also represents angel investors, venture capital firms and investment banks in various corporate finance transactions, including venture capital financings and public offerings. Her practice also includes corporate and securities transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission regulatory matters and general corporate counseling.
