Law360 Spotlights Dorsey’s Cutting-Edge E-Discovery Service

“Electronic discovery has become increasingly prevalent in litigation since several revisions to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure went into effect at the end of 2006. The new rules require organizations to manage their “electronically stored information” so that they can produce it during legal discovery,” writes Sara Stefanini of Law360.

Dorsey has responded to the need for e-discovery services by developing LegalMine™, a state-of-the-art document review service, housed in Dorsey’s very own headquarter office (Minneapolis). Law360 spotlighted the service in an article entitled Dorsey Unveils In-House E-Discovery Service (August 14, 2008).

“We understand that management of document review costs is a critical concern for our clients,” says Mike Droke, Dorsey Partner. “Clients have already experienced the benefits of LegalMine, which utilizes industry leading software and professional document reviewers to thoughtfully select a limited number of documents to review, keeping the process efficient and the costs predictable, which leads to more effective management of litigation costs.”
