Mr. Lasher is a partner and head of the Dorsey Delaware office, where the firm’s practice includes the representation of Delaware legal entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, limited liability partnerships and statutory and common law trusts, providing third party legal opinions on various matters of Delaware law and representing local trustees, agents, independent directors and parties acting in other representative capacities.
Mr. Lasher’s practice has been primarily in the area of corporate trust, representing financial institutions in their capacities as trustees, administrators, custodians and agents in domestic and international debt offerings, including those involving collateralized debt obligations and future cash flow securitizations, and under escrow and custody agreements, reinsurance trust agreements and other trust agreements.
