Eric Larson is an associate in Dorsey's Corporate group. Mr. Larson’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and emerging growth companies, securities law compliance, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Mr. Larson advises public and private companies in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia on general corporate matters, and on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, purchases and sales of assets, purchases and sales of stock, tender offers, venture capital financing transactions and capital market transactions, including SEC registered public offerings.
