- Participating in merger and acquisition activities (including performing due diligence on all employment and labor-related issues)
- Assisting clients with workforce expansions, perhaps stemming from an acquisition, a successful product launch, or other positive economic developments
- Assisting clients with workforce contractions, such as reductions in force and ensuring that the RIFs are designed to minimize potential exposure under federal and state anti-discrimination statutes
- Working with clients on plant or office shutdowns, ensuring that they are WARN-compliant
- Assisting clients with the development and monitoring of Affirmative Action Plans and OFCCP compliance
- Maintaining an employee relations climate consistent with remaining union-free
