Wendy R. Kottmeier is an attorney in Dorsey’s Corporate group. She represents clients in general corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of securities, private equity and venture capital transactions, securities law compliance and reporting and corporate governance. She also has experience in technology licensing transactions, including software, trademark and patent licensing, distribution and joint venture transactions and research and development transactions. Ms. Kottmeier has drafted and negotiated a variety of technology-related professional service agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, and other commercial contracts.
