Matt is a Senior Attorney in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment Group. He regularly advises employers on a wide range of employment issues including family and medical leaves of absence, discrimination and harassment concerns, accommodating disabled employees, personnel handbooks, employment termination, and employment agreements. Matt represents employers before federal and state anti-discrimination agencies and before federal and state courts involving claims of discrimination, whistleblower status, retaliation, unfair competition, leave act violations, and ERISA.
Before joining Dorsey, Matt served as a law clerk to federal district court Judge Ralph Erickson. Matt also served as a law clerk to the state court judges in North Dakota’s East Central Judicial District.
