Mark provides legal and business advice on a broad range of employee benefits, including health savings accounts (HSAs), health reimbursement accounts (HRAs), self-funded health plans, flexible benefit plans and qualified retirement plans. He has particular expertise in the design and implementation of consumer-driven health plans.
Mark's clients include public, private and not-for-profit employers, unions, insurers and third-party administrators in the health care and financial services industries, as well as individuals.
