Nadeem Khan is a partner and head of Dorsey’s London Real Estate group. His practice is focused on acting for sellers and buyers of freehold and leasehold properties, acting for landlords and tenants in leasehold transactions (offices, retail, industrial), acting for funders, developers and tenants of new developments, dealing with planning, environmental and construction issues, acting for sellers and buyers on the property aspects of corporate transactions; acting in joint venture transactions; acted for the Applicant in a successful Call-In; particular experience of acting for manufacturers in the automobile industry
