Rabeha Kamaluddin is an associate in Dorsey’s Regulatory Affairs group. She focuses her practice on energy regulation, compliance, and enforcement matters and represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”).
Rabeha has represented energy clients in all stages of the regulatory process and government investigations, including public utilities, independent power producers, state power authorities, and natural gas and crude oil pipelines. She has a broad background in electric utility infrastructure development, open access policies, renewable power initiatives, utility mergers and acquisitions, transmission rates and services, and FERC and CFTC compliance and enforcement rules and policies. In addition to federal agencies, Rabeha has represented clients before federal/appellate courts on complex commercial and energy regulatory matters.
