Mr. Jutsen is a partner in the Banking and Commercial and Corporate Trust Services Groups. His practice focuses primarily on Corporate Trust matters with a particular focus on corporate debt transactions. Mr. Jutsen represents financial institutions in project finance transactions, secured and unsecured debt offerings including High Yield, preferred securities, TIA qualified and exempt financings, private placements syndicated lending transactions and escrow arrangements. He works on both domestic and global transactions and is admitted in New York and in Australia (New South Wales). Mr. Jutsen also has extensive experience representing financial institutions as corporate trustee, custodian, collateral agent, escrow agent and in other fiduciary capacities in structured finance transactions including issuances of mortgage backed and asset backed securitizations, collateralized debt obligations and re-securitizations.
Mr. Jutsen has worked closely with underwriters, issuers and their counsel to assist in developing and documenting new finance and custody structures. In addition, Mr. Jutsen has solid capital markets experience representing underwriters of registered debt securities and representing public company, bank and sovereign Medium Term Notes.
