Tom is Senior Counsel in the Minneapolis and London offices and former chair of the Corporate Finance practice group. He serves as a senior member of our securities practice.
Before becoming a partner in the firm, Tom was a partner in a leading London-based law firm and was co-head of its securities practice. Before that he was a partner in a leading New York-based law firm for 20 years.
