Kate Johnson is an associate in the Trial Group and is a member of the firm’s Construction and Design practice group. Since joining Dorsey in 2009, Kate has represented clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, in a variety of complex commercial cases, including products liability, antitrust, construction, and general commercial disputes. She has extensive experience managing electronic discovery in large cases.
Kate also maintains a vibrant pro bono practice, representing asylum applicants and small business owners. She currently serves on the pro bono defense team in a federal death penalty defense case.
