International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Annette Jarvis, a Partner in the firm’s Salt Lake City office will receive the 2010 Honored Alumni Award from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University on August 26, 2010. Ms. Jarvis is co-head of Dorsey’s Finance and Restructuring Department and is widely recognized within the legal community for her expertise in bankruptcy issues.
She has been named one of The Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law, elected as a Fellow in the American College of Bankruptcy, selected as a Top 75 Super Lawyer in the Mountain States for Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights Law, and honored as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" (Utah Business Magazine).
