Alex Iliff is an associate in Dorsey's Regulatory Affairs Group, practicing in the areas of environmental and energy law.
Alex has experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation related to the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA, FIFRA, and a range of other environmental laws. He has assisted clients in conducting internal investigations, responding to requests for information, and preparing for threatened federal and state enforcement actions. Alex also counsels clients on compliance with federal and state environmental and energy laws and has contributed to the development of wind, biomass, and other renewable energy projects.
In addition to his environmental and energy practice, Alex also has substantial experience in general litigation. His litigation work has included significant cases involving construction law, ERISA, and the regulation of financial advisors, among others.
