Sarah Iannacone is an associate in Dorsey’s Corporate group. Ms. Iannacone focuses in the areas of mergers and acquisition, venture capital and emerging growth companies and general corporate law.
Ms. Iannacone represents private and public companies on general corporate matters, financing transactions and capital markets transactions. She has represented buyers and sellers in a variety of transactions, including purchases and sales of stock, purchase and sales of assets and private company mergers. Ms. Iannacone also has experience with repurchase agreement lending arrangements.
