John Hursh is a partner and head of the California Trial department. Mr. Hursh’s practice includes litigation and arbitration of a broad range of employment-related matters including trade secret protection, wrongful termination, race, sex and age discrimination, sexual harassment, non-competition and contract and compensation issues.
John has prosecuted and defended a variety of product defect cases involving consumer products as well as industrial equipment and technical systems. Design professionals and general contractors count on John in construction claims and construction defect litigation involving both public and private works.
