Extensive judicial clerkships have provided Peggy Hunt with unique expertise in both trial and appellate matters related to bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. She regularly represents debtors, trustees, creditors and equity holders in complex bankruptcy cases, as well as receivers and creditors in SEC enforcement actions.
Peggy has been honored as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law. She has also been selected as one of Utah's "Legal Elite" in the categories of Bankruptcy/Creditor Rights Law and Corporate Law (Utah Business Magazine).
Peggy is extensively involved with bankruptcy presentations and publications, frequently contributing articles and commentary for the Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide and LexisNexis.
