Lynn is an intellectual property associate in the Firm’s Denver office, and is a member of the firm’s Trademark, Copyright, and Brand Management group. She currently practices in the areas of trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, domain name acquisition and enforcement, as well as trademark and copyright licensing.
Lynn also has experience in patent preparation and prosecution, patent opinions and intellectual property due diligence, and continues to serve clients in these areas. Before joining Dorsey, she was an associate at an intellectual property boutique firm in New York City.
