Rob’s practice involves helping clients protect, commercialize, and enforce intellectual property rights, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications; counseling on protecting and enforcing patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret rights; providing patent infringement and patentability opinions; and preparing patent, technology, software, and other intellectual property licenses and agreements.
