Robert L. Hobbins
Partner
Mr. Hobbins is a partner and head of the Firm's Labor and Employment department. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law for management including labor arbitration, employment discrimination, union organizing attempts, proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, wage and hour, affirmative action, OFCCP and common-law employment claims. He has served as chief labor negotiator for Twin Cities Retail Grocery Industry employers with UF&CW.

- Advice and representation for management in full range of traditional labor law issues, including representation before the NLRB, conduct of union campaigns, contract administration and grievance arbitration, contract negotiations, strikes, etc.
