James R. Hermsen
Partner
Mr. Hermsen is a Partner in Dorsey’s Trial, Regulatory and Technology group. He is also Co-Chair of the Franchise and Distribution practice group. His practice focuses on automobile dealer franchise and commercial litigation.
Mr. Hermsen has litigated cases throughout the Western United States for a variety of automobile manufacturers/distributors involving a wide range of market representation issues. Mr. Hermsen's commercial litigation practice has also resulted in numerous trials involving antitrust, banking, contract, insurance coverage, and product-related issues.
