Mr. Hensley is a business lawyer with over 20 years of experience. He represents clients on a variety of business issues, including business formation, shareholder agreements, acquisitions, contracts, joint ventures, marketing agreements, construction projects, risk management and governance issues.
Representative Transactions
Mr. Hensley has advised clients on numerous business transactions, including:
- The acquistion of numerous agribusiness facilities;
- The development and construction of ethanol, biodiesel, electric power generation, and alternative fuel production facilties;
- The contruction of major roadways, buildings, and agricultural facilities;
- The development of both small scale (10 MW) and large scale (100 MW) wind farms; and
- The drafting of marketing, transportation, and general vendor contracts.
