Cassandra H. M. Headrick is a Partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice group. Ms. Headrick concentrates her practice on commercial financings, including syndicated loan transactions, leveraged financings, commercial real estate transactions, and other secured and unsecured financings in which she represents agents, lenders, and borrowers. Ms. Headrick also advises financial institutions in workouts and refinancings and is experienced in real estate foreclosure and workout matters.
