Jenna Hannigan is an associate in the Corporate Group. Jenna's practice concentrates primarily on corporate finance and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, secondary public offerings and registered offerings of debt securities. Jenna also advises public company clients on corporate governance and securities law compliance. Additionally, Jenna works with companies of all sizes on a range of matters including private financings, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiating and other business law topics.
