Mr. Hamel is a partner and head of the Real Estate and Land Use department. He practices in all aspects of real property law, focusing on transactions involving the acquisition, development, construction, financing, sale, leasing and/or securitizing of commercial real estate, including office, mixed-use, retail, hotel, industrial, health care, assisted living and multi-family (including common interest communities).
