Nicole Haaning
Associate
Nicole Haaning is a fifth-year associate in Dorsey's Labor & Employment group, where she represents employers in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, and before state and federal administrative agencies. Her litigation practice involves the areas of age, sex, race, and disability discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour actions. Nicole has experience representing employers in complex litigation, including class-action discrimination and wage and hour lawsuits. She works with clients in a various industries, including airlines, utilities, retailers, financial services, manufacturing, and science and technology.
In addition to her litigation practice, Nicole advises corporate and non-profit employers on a variety of employment issues, including reductions in force, discipline and discharge, employee leaves, and human resources best practices.
